1) how to make an order?

a)Click "Sign in or Register", create your own account on Sender Asia, and fulfill all the information as the picture below (in red circle):

b)Login in your Sender Asia Account and browser Sender Asia page to select the products you are interested in, and set the quantity and add them to Shopping Cart.

Select all the products you want to buy, then go to your Shopping cart to confirm each product and quantity.

3)The process of checkout. check your shipping information, make sure you offered a correct address, choose a shipping method, then select a payment method you prefer to use, pay for your order in the last step.

2) How to track my order?

a)Login in your account, you will see your order status. your order status is "waiting delivery " means Sender Asia got your payment and will ship out your order within 1-4 working days. if your order status is "pending", that means you have not paid yet.

b)After Sender Asia shipped out your order, you will get a notice by a non-reply email from Sender Asia, you can get tracking information in your email and your Sender Asia Account. Your order status is "shipped", click "View Details" to check the tracking number and it's delivery status.

you can download order invoice as a purchase record.
