1.what shipping methods I can choose?

Most of products will be shipped from China warehouse directly, our system will recommend the best economy shipping method for you. But if the product with build-in battery, our system only allow the DHL and Singapore Post as the shipping method.

Normally, you can choose China Post, Epacket, SF, DHL, EMS, FedEx or UPS.

2. Hong long I can get my parcels?

The delivery time is based upon the shipping methods and the countries you live.

China Post Registered Air Mail:14 - 60 Working days

SF eParcel:10-30 Working days

Epacket:10-50 Working Days

Singapore Post:30-60 Working days

DHL:4-8 Working days

FedEx:4-8 Working days

3.Can I get Tracking number?

Yes. All shipping methods we offer tracking number, you can track it on the shipping company official website.

4.Why I just have to choose EMS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL as Shipping Methods?

because the parcel weight is more than 2kg, post Office methods are not available.
